To accentuate the perks and amenities at Lark, we developed a vibrant and playful visual language for the brand. The approachable and memorable logomark has a flexible color system which emphasizes the broad range of property offerings.

The Lark not only offers a place to call home, but a way of life. With a retro-inspired rooftop, top-tier amenities, and community spaces, we developed a magazine for prospective tenants that showcases everything Lark has to offer.
Signage
Exterior and interior signage was developed with ease of navigation in mind. Each floor was designed with a designated brand color to assist with wayfinding.
